This policy explains how and where Native Grains delivers. As we handle fresh food, we keep delivery local and quick.
We currently deliver to selected residential communities in and around Sarjapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka. If you are unsure whether we reach your location, please ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Orders are placed through our website or over WhatsApp (+91 86609 75946). Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order for delivery.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon are delivered the same day. For orders placed after 12:00 noon, we do our best to deliver the same day wherever possible, though this cannot be guaranteed. Because items are freshly prepared and delivered community by community, exact timing can vary.
Delivery is free for orders of Rs. 250 and above. For orders below Rs. 250, a flat delivery charge of Rs. 20 applies. The delivery charge, where applicable, is shown to you at the time of placing your order.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address and time communicated. As these are fresh products, we recommend refrigerating or storing them appropriately on arrival.
