Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Native Grains website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us

Native Grains is a sole proprietorship operating from S Medihalli Village, Bengaluru, Karnataka. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Native Grains.

Products

We supply traditional, artisanal food provisions — including freshly ground flours and batters, cold-pressed oils, spices, honey, ghee and pickles — sourced from farming communities, homemakers and small producers across India. As these are natural products, minor variations in colour, texture, aroma and weight are normal and are not defects.

Orders

Orders may be placed through our website or over WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only once we acknowledge it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a delivery location is outside our service area — in which case any amount already paid will be refunded.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made online before the order is processed. We use a third-party payment provider to process payments securely; we do not store your card or bank details.

Delivery

We deliver to selected residential communities in and around Bengaluru. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Cancellations and refunds

Because our products are fresh and perishable, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to be available to receive your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or unavailability at the delivery point.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
